Finding and reporting on items of interest for the parish publications. Advising on the flow of communication within and from the parish outward.

OPEN HOME SUNDAY LUNCH
Host lunch after church. On a rostered basis for newcomers or those in need of company

MAINLY MUSIC
More helpers are needed to reach parents and toddlers at our weekly playgroup.

WELCOMERS/SIDES PEOPLE
Serve by greeting and looking after new-comers at St John's services.

FORMING

ASSOCIATION OF ANGLICAN WOMEN
A women's group promoting friendship, nurture and Christian family life.

DISCIPLE NEW BELIEVERS
Meet regularly with a new believer one on one to them find their spiritual feet. Training will be provided.

JOIN A SMALL GROUP
Find a supportive community where you will grow to become like Christ.

JFK TEAM
Be part of a team that gives children a place to experience God, encourages them for witness and empowers their families. Men needed especially.

LUNCHTIME FELLOWSHIP
Friendship over a BYO lunch meeting on 1st and 3rd Thursdays.

THE GATHERING
A time for company, crafts, and sharing interests at 2 Highfield lane 10.00 am on the Friday before the 4th Sunday.

YOUTH INTERCESSORS
Pray for specific young people in our parish.

YOUTH MENTORS
Encourage and get alongside a carefully matched young person in the parish.

YOUTH TEAM
Assist with ministry with young people at Sunday@6 and other youth events

ANGLICAN MISSIONS BOARD
Support various mission work $8000 pa target

MSALATO THEOLOGICAL COLLEGE
Assist with student fees and invest in souls for eternity. $3000 target.

OVERSEAS MISSIONS COORDINATOR
Keeping the work God is doing overseas before the parish.

SIMON AND GABRIELLE 
Working to make life better in a mus**m country. We have committed to support the Pooleys this year to the tune of $2000.

YWAM DONALDSONS-TURKEY
Support the outreach work coordinated by Chris and Suzanne Donaldson. $2000 target.

A couple more good singers are required to help the St. John's 10.00 am teams to lead the praise of Almighty God. An audition and trial period will apply.

OFFICE HELPERS
Lending a hand at busy times in our parish office or when the Parish Manager is away.

RESEARCHERS
Researching and presenting information for sermons, communications or aiding decision-making.

SOCIAL EVENT PLANNERS NEW Ministry
Join a team to plan and run four quality whole parish social events per year

SOUND TECHNICIANS
Good sound is vital. More reliable people are needed for St John's services and for other events. Training provided.

ST. JOHN'S VERGER NEW Ministry
Seeking someone with time to look after security and assist in preparing St. John's building for worship.
